- Marketplace and listing information, including equipment details, descriptions, pricing, photos, location details you provide, quote requests, saved items, orders, and messages.
- Technical information, including device, browser, app, log, and security data needed to operate, protect, and improve Plaaslink.
- Optional location information when you choose to share it for map, logistics, quote, or collection purposes.
How we use information
- To create and secure accounts, authenticate users, process quote requests, review listings, support transactions, coordinate delivery or collection, and respond to enquiries.
- To show marketplace listings, administer saved items and messages, prevent misuse, maintain records, and improve Plaaslink products and services.
- To comply with legal, tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, and platform security obligations.

- We share information only when needed to operate Plaaslink, including with service providers that host, process, store, secure, or support the platform.
- We use service providers for platform hosting, database storage, image uploads, email delivery, analytics or diagnostics, and payment readiness or verification where enabled.
- Buyer and seller details may be shared as needed to support enquiries, quote review, orders, payment verification, delivery, collection, and customer support.

- You can choose not to provide optional location details, but some quote, delivery, collection, and map features may be less accurate.
- You can request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of your personal information by contacting Plaaslink.
- If you have an account, you can start account deletion from More or Profile in the Plaaslink app.
- You can stop using the service at any time, and may request account support through the contact details below.
Security and retention
- We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards to protect personal information.
- We keep information for as long as needed to provide Plaaslink, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and maintain business records.
