These terms apply when you use the Plaaslink website, mobile app, marketplace, quote, listing, messaging, checkout, and related services.
Using Plaaslink
You must provide accurate information, keep your account secure, and use Plaaslink lawfully. Plaaslink may suspend or restrict access where needed to protect the service, users, listings, transactions, or legal compliance.
Accounts and deletion
If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details confidential. You can start account deletion inside the Plaaslink app from More or Profile, and Plaaslink may retain records where legally required for fraud prevention, disputes, tax, accounting, or marketplace safety.
Listings and quote requests
Listing submissions, photos, specifications, locations, prices, and messages must be accurate and must not infringe third-party rights. Plaaslink may review, edit, approve, reject, remove, or request changes to listings before or after publication.
Transactions
Marketplace availability, pricing, delivery, collection, payment verification, and order handling may depend on Plaaslink review and confirmation. Unless separately agreed in writing, no transaction is final until Plaaslink confirms it.
Content and intellectual property
You retain rights to content you submit, but grant Plaaslink permission to use, display, process, edit, and store that content for operating, promoting, and improving the platform.
Safety, reports, and disputes
Users can report listings, request support, or raise disputes through the app or by emailing Plaaslink. Plaaslink may investigate reports, preserve evidence, contact affected users, remove content, restrict accounts, or involve appropriate authorities where needed.
Service changes
Plaaslink may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service as the business evolves. We aim to keep information accurate, but marketplace content may change and may contain errors or outdated details.
Liability
Plaaslink is provided on a reasonable-efforts basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Plaaslink is not liable for indirect loss, lost profits, interrupted access, user-submitted inaccuracies, or events outside its reasonable control.
